Just down the hill from Totteridge & Whetstone tube station at the start of the river walk.

14/03/15: Abandoned goop

Totteridge pavement. I thought this white goop was whipped cream, but after a few days it still looked identical (rather than collapsing into a wet mush, as you'd expect). It turned out to be some kind of chemical sealant and had set hard. Who would leave chemical sealant at the bottom of a tree? I moved it to a skip. It will still be sitting in landfill about 30,000 years from now.

11/03/15: Abandoned tie

In the road leading to the car park next to Totteridge & Whetstone tube station. Not bad at all.
